Im a newb asking for help about gta_sa.exe :(

i have search the forum about the gta_sa.exe thingy and I've made myself even more confused by reading them >.>

this is the problem im having

i dont know what is the gta_exe and where to get that exe

You are trying to run SA:MP, that is a different mod and doesnt belong to this site, also you need Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas installed to play either mod

and your running an very old version of SA-MP

Not to mention, neither sa-mp or MTA race work in Vista (at least not without some sort of tweaks).

And if you DO have GTA:SA installed you need to point the client to it's location (whether that be the MTA or sa-mp client).

Rofl wtf, lets count the problems here.

1) You are attempting to run SA-MP. This forum is for support with MTA, a completely different mod.

2) That version of SA-MP is very old.

3) You're on Windows Vista. Neither SA-MP nor MTA supports that OS.

4) You probably don't even have GTA San Andreas installed, lolol.
