RPG-Going to make and rpg for mta DM

Ok i will like to ask the team or devs or anyone if there is like some program or something so we can start our game modes,making them. I would like to start an rpg in MTA:dm.maybe i think it too late but please help. If anyone want to help you are welcome

Learn to script in LUA (although you will need to wait to test your scripts). CHeck this stuff out:
