Guest Posted June 25, 2003 Posted June 25, 2003 Hello, i have a problem, with the dedicated Server. Wen start the Server, i become the notice "invalid Game Typ". I want to start the dedicated Server on Suse 8.1. Can sombody help me ? Sorry, but my english is not so good.

Guest Posted June 28, 2003 Posted June 28, 2003 Yes, i specify the game typ ( DM ). Sorry, the notice ist "bad Game Typ" and not "invalid Game Typ". when i connect to the Server, the GTA3 died and closed.

It has been edited in Windows and therefore it has what is called "windows new lines" in it. Edit it under linux with a text editor (like emacs) and i think it should be fine. If u can't get it to work, i'll send you a new config file which works under linux
