What to shoot somebody

Yesterday i installed MTA on my server and that works really fine but

i only can race.. and i saw on other server that you can run around and shoot every body. so how i can do that on my serverr ?

You can not run around a shoot people in the current release. Only the race mode is avaible; deathmatch is still in development.
