Ok when I enter a IP and port and press connect it says "Connecting..." then it says "Disconnected: Connection timed out" WHAT!? oh btw this is MTA not SA-MP. Please answer my question as soon as you read!!

what u mean server broswer I dont know what that is well I know what one is but I cant find it for GTAVC

Okay, you must be entering the info of a server that doesn't exist or you have a firewall blocking your connection.

To use the server browser press Servers button above Connect. Tell us if you can connect to any servers through the browser.
