Server connecting

I get this problem since i installed a freash copy of window's.

Now i can't retreve server's anymore?

I have set-up my internet it is still normal like as before.

No fire-wall's are blocking it.

Is there a way for this to be fixed?

I have a router so i don't know if i would have to set-up a special port for it or something else?
