Kipjr Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 i have soon a server on my laptop. ik can play on my server. an other guy has also a laptop and we wanted to connect the laptops with a crossed cable. if he is connected can he just got to my server? is it for him possible to connect to my server with QUICK CONNECT? ??? kipjr
erorr404 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 It should be possible if the two computers are on the same network. He can connect by entering your internal IP address in Quick Connect.

Jani Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 Correct, that's called a peer-to-peer network. And I don't see why you wouldn't be able to play just as if it were on LAN.
