It depends on what he means, he didn't give any description. If it's simply having the driver gain health once a hooker gets in his car, that is possible.

Hmm ok.I said crash becouse in sa-mp when you take this char your game crashed and the same in SP.But this is only sa-mp and i can't quess what will be with MTA DM. YET.

well not just having to be in a car with them, but like maybe hookers can have say the ability to heal with 300 heal points, and tha number reduces for each number that the injured player loses.

here's how it can be fun.

hookers could heal themselves, but they cant carry weapons.

or

hookers cant heal themselves, but can carry weapons.
