J4cobLIVEmain Posted Sunday at 04:55 Posted Sunday at 04:55 (edited) Hello everyone! I want to show my my "Find The Route" maps. You aren't obliged to follow any checkpoints, you are obliged however to make your own route and decide which is the fastest one to the one and only checkpoint on the map. Some maps have been popping off lately on the Oldschool Race Server and I decided to show'em all for you. You can attempt to do them as well! Join the server: mtasa://158.101.163.73:22003 (or search Oldschool Race or Oldschool and it will pop up) and if there's any admin / mod around request one of these maps, that looks the best in your opinion. My favourite is Las Venturas Mines - the fact that you need to do the barrel roll to be fast and then make a super difficult jump into the mines it's the most skill based imo. Also 2nd favourite is Las Collinas to Idlewood (the Sandking map) in LS, which has that epic traintrack jump which is luck based, but maybe you can figure it out how it works consistently, you can also go through Favelas and it is smooth sailing from there. Also honorable mention goes to the LS Bullet - from Mansion to Pier map, it has some possibilites as well, and Aro found an awesome route to the finish! The bumpest and luckiest one imo is the Financial map with Bullet, you are jumping from that swirly road and you need to land perfectly, and then through the park (which Bullet sucks on this kind of terrain) and also at the end there might be a bump as well, that can diminish your chances for a good toptime! It has been redoed many times as well recently. Least favourite imo is Catalina to Richman and the Flint County map. Catalina to Richman is tough, because of the offroad terrain at the beginning and the sh***y collision of the first tree that extends way, way too far (ShifT please fix), the jump from the Wu Zi Mu path might be annoying (i flipped over many times), but if you land it correctly - it's smooth and sailing. Flint County map however has many possibilites of bumping you if you land incorrectly with Sanchez, but it is open to some possibilities I guess.
