Can't connect to my own dedicated server

I just set up a local MTA:SA server for my upcoming LAN-Party. Worked fine so far, but my desktop computer won't connect.
Interestingly it works with my laptop. This is the error message: https://imgur.com/a/2ChBf1J
I do not have any VPN software installed and it should not even matter since my server and my desktop are in the same local network anyways.
I even tried disabling anti-cheat on my server just to rule out any interference, but it still does not work.
Server and client are all fresh installs, I have never installed GTA:SA or MTA:SA on this particular machine before. Reinstalling both GTA:SA and MTA:SA did not fix the problem.

@cr4zypi3t You have some software on your PC that MTA classifies as VPN unfortunately. Could you please run MTADiag and post the results?

I could not spot anything that resemlbes a VPN software or an emulated network card for VPN connections...
