Debug messages not appearing?

Hi everyone, 

I've recently gone to do some work on one of my servers, and I'm not receiving any debug messages on my client? I get them on the server(Console), but not in my client debug.

I've searched for onDebugMessage and onClientDebugMessage to be sure it wasn't being cancelled anywhere, and it wasn't. So now I am just left stumped to be honest?
