Hi, welcome to the forums!

If you still need help on this matter consider updating to the latest nightly version of MTA and check if this solves your issue.

For Win7/8/8.1 users, this can be done by downloading the latest build from here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa_maetro-1.6-rc-22345-20231223.exe

For Win10+ users, this can be done by downloading the latest build from here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.6-rc-22345-20231223.exe

Hi, thank you for your feedback!

Unfortunately, support for Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 has been dropped due to several reasons (including security concerns, lack of official support from the OS provider etc.) and it was a decision announced since a long time throughout our community. It was weighted with great consideration in mind when it was decided to take this course of action and it's not something the team will reconsider following the release of version 1.7.

We encourage any and all users running OS older than Windows 10 to consider upgrading to Windows 10 or above in order to play on version 1.7.
Apart from being able to play on version 1.7, running an officially supported OS version also ensures that your machine still receives essential security updates and fixes.
