stale mta problem

hello, I have a problem with mta, it's that before the update to 1.6 everything was fine, but after the update there was a problem with fps
after entering the server I have high CPU usage and 15 to 20 fps I have to restart mta enter the server where I am for the first time and download resources to be able to play normally on another server please help me
