vehicle setElementHealth problem when spawning

Hello, i've a small problem...

i'm trying to spawn a vehicle, as example with 600hp, but it is on fire when it spawns, it doent accept the 600hp and just burns.

it also doesnt work with timers. does anyone know how to fix that?
