Guest Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 mmm well i new in this forum and i have a problem with playing vice city. i have 6 pc in my house and i run a server only for LAN. but when play have a problem with the shoots. in a pc i shoot a other player and the shoots not damage him, because in the other pc of the player, the firings happen near the player but they do not arrive to him, being who in the other PC sees that if arrives the bullets to him, what error maybe? is not the ping because I have ping 5 this it happens in all of pc's. if firing a little but next to the place in my PC do not arrive the bullets to him but it has if it makes damage because in the other PC if it lowers the life to him. sorry if don't understand much the problem because i speak spanish and english is not mi language. Jani Posted August 13, 2006 Share Posted August 13, 2006 I don't really understand your first post at all, but from what I can make out it seems that your shots aren't synchronising? This is probably because MTA 0.5 is majorly buggy anyway, but fear not! The netcode for the new MTA core (codename Blue) is supposed to be a lot better synchronised so you won't find problems like this. Other than that...I don't know a solution for your problem..sorry.
