When trying to enter the server, I got an error, I reset the MTA, then when I tried to enter the server, 
I got a global ban with the reason AC VIOLATION, what is it caused by?

Wait for the ban to expire and make sure to remove any sketchy programs and/or stop doing what you've done in the first place that got you banned.

Please avoid further asking about your ban as this may attract administrative punishment.
