Erro CD09 e CD16 [PT-BR/ENG]

Olá, estou tendo problemas com meu MTA, sempre que tento entrar em algum servidor dá o erro de CD09 e CD16, já tentei diversos tutoriais, porém não obtive sucesso, não sei se por falta de orientação ou não executa o tutorial certo, ou até mesmo não ter funcionado. Queria pedir ajuda, ficaria muito grato se me ajudassem.
