is it possible to use a sandbox? is it considered a violation? Otherwise I get banned all the time

Using sandbox or trying alternative measures without solving the root-cause of you getting constantly banned is not something that's going to work.
There's a reason you're getting banned on-and-on and you should go over the ban reason and take action in order to get your game/OS working properly again. Perhaps you're running something that you shouldn't run. Perhaps you've ran something that you shouldn't have ran, now it's deep into your OS and you're stuck in a loop of getting banned. You're the only one that can know for sure.

We can only advise you to do a full PC scan and figure out what's wrong with your device. If nothing helps and you're not permanently banned, perform a clean reinstall of the OS, avoid sketchy programs and you should be fine most of the time.
