Hi, welcome to the forums!

In the future, please describe your issue further. While the MTADiag is of great help, it's easier and faster for us to provide you with assistance if we know the problem you're facing.

From what I gather you've got a couple of non-standard files, therefore please perform a clean reinstall of both GTA:SA and MTA (make sure the version you're installing is legitimate and does not contain any mods).

There's also an unhandled exception being registered (0xE06D7363). This is mostly caused by your low-specs hardware (in terms of memory)
In order to avoid this, you should either upgrade your system or play on better optimized, less resource-intensive servers that don't put so much stress on your setup.
