car customization

I wanted to know how do I put a customization part on the car like get a mod car it has sound I remove the sound from it more later to be able to put the sound on it by a workshop
example I have this supra that can visually modify

I want to be able to do that with this car

I want it without the sound but you can put the sound in the workshop
