how can I play Mta not in races mode .......... In action mode

every time I join a game it is a race

can u tell me how 2 join action modes

Those are screenshots by the development and testing team. If you had bothered to not be so lazy and read around, you would have found out that only the Race mod has been publically released. You can follow the progress of the Deathmatch mod development here: http://mtavc.com/blog/

Not to mention if you're talking about MTA:SA then you've posted in the wrong section anyway, this is the support forum for MTA0.5 which is only compatible with GTAIII and GTA Vice City.

The picure you have posted is a preview one from hte developers. There is no way yet you van play it.
