Hi, I got banned from Multi Theft Auto

Multi Theft Auto ban for running an .exe file that would be a CrossFire cheat and I had the MTA running and wanted to know the possibility of removing the global ban.

Please make sure you also provide your game serial.

You can grab it by launching MTA, opening the console (F8 key by default) and typing 'serial' without any quotes.
