good afternoon, I have a disagreement because this afternoon I was banned by mistake, I was going to play like any other day, I was going to try a new server and I was downloading all the necessary files for it, I left the computer afk for a moment, when I came back it was Banned for 15 days and I don't understand why if I haven't done anything, it was a mistake but I know you can help me, I'm waiting for your answer because I want to play
