[BUG] center should not allow 26+ characters long mapnames

center should not allow uploads of map names with more than 26(+4 for .map) characters .. or anyway center should handle uploads better

i found this since i had 3400 maps in server and 3500 files in map folder

and saw a lot of files with unknown filetype

i figured it was bugged because of user error .. but no

the map editor seems to be able to create long filenames (havent tried how long tho) .. and people upload those and the first 30 characters get saved of a filename

i found that since i tried to change all names in one go by adding the .map extention - i f*** up and was unable to undo damage.. and deleted all maps with bad extention and reloaded the rss downloader

this gave a nice overview

and noticed it all had 30 characters - beside one or tho that had a space on 30th position

so this made me think the rss map downloader is screwed

but after one simple test

sometimes for example a upload is 32 characters .. it wil create a file

Its what we're supposed to do isnt it? The code isnt jscript but it was quite easy to build a check. Its kinda stupid I didnt think of it before.
