Banned without playing

I downloaded the game to play with my nephew and when I tried to connect with one of the servers it says I’m banned by MTA for MFT.

I don’t even know what’s that, I haven’t even played.

I tried everything I could, now idk what to do.

Please create a new appeal containing your MTA serial. If you don't know how to get it then open your MTA, press F8 and type serial
