The error you are getting is a client kick, rather than a ban.

Uninstall or prevent NLsvc.exe from auto startup. The application is Netlimiter by Locktime Software that is blocked by the server you are trying to connect to

Hello, I got a CD48 SERVER BLOCK error, I deleted Net limiter4 and cFOS SPEED and even a file from system32 nldrv like

SD 33 means that the server disallowed the usage of a 'Net limiter' (the ones you mentioned). You said you "deleted" them, but you should've probably unnistalled them because some files might be interfering with MTA and that's why you are getting blocked.
