MY MAP IS BUG

I have a problem that I downloaded a map from somewhere
And I put it on my server and went to test it. I saw that the map can't be seen from a distance, and when I go to the front of the map, it disappears and comes back again.
Like me, when I look at the map from different angles, it disappears
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

GTA uses occlusions. This is an optimization approach which tells the client to not stream objects that are blocked by the occlusion. Occlusions are placed on larger buildings and structures. You can disable occlusions for that particular area, or for the whole map by using

    setOcclusionsEnabled( false )
