crooked crosshair

Hello. My problem is that when I set the 4: 3 chapter, the crosshair is flattened and crooked (the option to fit hud to screen does not work). on smaller resolutions it is only worse and the crosshair is straight only at 16: 9. I did reinstall the gta and mta but it did not help
