Ban for cheats on PC

I reinstalled Windows, as I was asked in the previous request. The ban never disappeared.

I have moved this into the client support section. Dialogue is not possible in the ban appeals section due to its settings.

Make sure that you're reinstalling OS with a legitimate copy. Cracked/pirated copies are not ideal

Is it possible to remove this ban through the database or something else, just installed the original version of Windows 10 pro and even updated it to version 21H1

And another question, is it possible that someone put my serial number and played with cheats from it
