Some GTASA Mods?

Are there any mods for GTASA (not MTA) that take the limit off of the jetpack so you can fly as high as you want? Or is there a mod where you can ride in the back of a truck (lets say you stop a car go twards the back and hop in it (sit in) and just go for a ride seeing where they go? Or where is the best known place for GTASA mods i did a little google searching but i didnt come up with any of the mods that i was looking for i also didnt come across any places with a WIDE variety of GTASA mods?

you can ride around an npc car now, its not difficult in the slightest to carsurf on the outside of any vehicle. I don't know of a mod to hop in as a passenger though.

I always thought it could be neat to allow my gang members to do the driving while i ride shotgun doing drivebys. something like a system where you put that target dot somewhere on the map and your driver goes there automatically could be an awesome single player mod.

well dose any one know of a mod that takes the flying height limit off of the jet pack? Also dose any one know of a good speedometer mod? also will any mods like this or diffrent models for cars not allow me to play MTA?

MTA doesn't work with other mods installed, so your best bet would be to make a second San Andreas install for mods.
