Please post a new ban appeal in the ban appeals section. Make sure to provide your serial, you can obtain it by launching MTA, opening up the console (F8 by default) and typing 'serial' without any quotes.

I'll lock and move this to the ban appeals section so it's in the right place, but please create a new ban appeal where you include your serial aswell.
