how can i put texture only on my map in mta

I'm creating a map (for ffs) and I decided to put texture on the map to give it more decoration, but I have no idea how to do it, someone help me please

It would be worth asking FFS developers if they have a tool or any rules for what content can go on their servers.

There are various ways of changing textures, but not all works for every server.
