I made the entire basic system, but when I was finished I couldn't do one thing, move the crosshair angle up or down.

If anyone knows how I make the crosshair go up somehow and can talk, I'd appreciate it.

I've moved your thread to the Scripting section as this is the right place to post your code-related questions. Please provide the code you wrote for the system, as this is the only way to figure out why it doesn't work as you expect it to be.

How to post your code the right way (taken from the guidelines found here)
