Guest
Im very familiar with gta san andreas on pc, and my single player mode works perfectly. I have looked in all the other forum posts to make sure im not posting anything repetitive, which has already been answered. I do however have the same problem as others. As soon as the mta "Stop playing with yourself" screen comes on, the intro plays. Then, when i press start, the screen kinda freezes and turns to a dark shade of grey and then I have to restart my computer. I have deleted the file in my documents (the set one) and convigured it again. I have downgraded my version, and patched it with the "quick fix" download for users with the grey screen problem. The last thing I can think of is many people with ATI cards have problems. I tried to update it with devicemanager, and it states i have the current version. I have a laptop, which many users have, so it is supported hardware n such. My ATI card is a mobility radeon 9000IGP. (Also, I have reinstalled both mta and san andreas numerous times) I would greatly appreciate some help, even though this is an annoying problem to keep posting. If I need to download something for my ATI card, or download something better(i've head downloading an oracle er something with an "O" is better than the ATI), can someone figure out what would be the best compatible one for my particular one. I would GREATLY GREATLY appreciate help as soon as someone reads this. Link to comment

erorr404
It's best to get the drivers from the official ATI website. The closest I could find was the Catalyst Mobility 6.5, but your card wasn't support on the list. edit: these are probably the closest match: https://support.ati.com/ics/support/KBA ... ionID=1699 Link to comment
