Please help,got banned for no reason

i just installed MTA today for the first time basically and when i try to jin a server it says that im banned from MTA and reason is BYE so if you can help i would appriciate it a lot beacuse again i just installed the client for the first time

Please include your MTA serial in a new post. Run MTA, press F8 and type serial
