Banned by MTA. Reason: 3E security violation/prohibited vm type

Hello! I've been banned today with the reason listed above. I'm playing on a Macbook using a virtual machine to run windows, today I had to reinstall windows and after I did, I was banned in MTA. Is there anything you could do?
