Unlimited ban for idk

Dear administration, this is a crazy situation. 

You can easily check my PC, but there are no cheat programs.

All my life I have never used cheats. But today, I wanted to play on Province RP. I have an old account there, which had no bans from this online project. So, when I pressed Play, I have received a message that I was kicked by someone, as I understand, that was a system kick. The administration of it said that only MTA administration can give this unlimited ban. Sooo, I'm here. Definitely, can't remember when I came into this account last time, even when played MTA.
