MTA sa doesn't load anything

I've tried reinstalling 8 times, as I remember on the 5th try it appears 0xc0000005 error 998 loader.dll invalid access to memory location, and I found something odd where the size of the loader.dll went up from 1.2 to 1.3 when I wanted to open MTA. Please anyone help me

perform a virus full scan and try again:

I recommend using Avast & Malwarebytes -- Defender is fine too.

Nevermind, it's because there was a virus named Floxif.H infecting my computer. I run a full scan using MSRT because Malawarebytes and WDefender doesn't help. although it took a long time (3 hours and still in 1/4 progress). Thanks for helping
