Installation error

I had MTA for a while now, but i had to move my game folder, and when i entered the new game path it said reinstall MTA, Alright, so i tried to and i got a error saying

"Run-time Error '429':

ActiveX component can't create Object"

I hit ok, and then it finishes installation, when i run it it says that im running a modified version and says i need to reinstall...

Any ideas?
