FPS Baixo em computador bom

Bom, meu FPS esta muito baixo mesmo tendo um computador bom e eu gostaria de saber se alguém poderia me ajudar com isso.

Tenho uma RTX 3060 12GB, 16GB RAM, AMD FX 8320

Meu jogo sempre fica abaixo de 40 fps, já tentei entrar em outros servidores para ver se o problema não era o servidor mas não foi resolvido
