Reason of your ban (or reason you think): Malicious Activity Against a Server

Are you guilty of the alleged act/rulebreak that led to your ban?: YES/NO If YES, explain why (if) you regret it and how you learnt from it: Yes, I am guilty because it was a misunderstanding by Dutchman101. He made his decision based on his contempt against me because I trolled him but that's not a good reason to global ban me. The most he should have done was to ban me from his server FRP not Global Ban. 

There were certain individuals from WI (whoopee island) who false reported to Dutchman about me for making his server banned, which was incorrect. My agenda was never to do such things, there was a fight between me and the kids from WI who tried all possible things to attack and harm me. Their leader Hades (Mutilator) has caused lot of trouble by raiding my server and other including FRP and GTA V Freeroam etc. 

They also made lot of youtube videos and channels in order to attack me, here are list of them.

Well that war happened about 4 months ago (approx), we are all settled now and decided to part our ways and move on. Now they might be fighting other individuals (Bog knows) But I am away from them permanently.

 

Otherwise, why do you want to be unbanned?: I want to play MTA.

 

Additional notes/information:  "Of course it has been checked, we don't ban people for no reason. You know about your own actions as well as we do, they consisted of malicious activity designed to do harm to a server community on MTA.

Certain types of people engaged in such malicious activity can be removed from MTA to protect its users and servers. Just like you - you're not welcome anymore, ban appeal denied (this is a final decision and cannot be appealed) " - Dutchman

Unfortunately that's false because I am not a PC guy, idk anything about malware, virus or hacking stuff. Only thing I know is Installing windows. I am just a gamer and a bit troller ngl (Most of the people on MTA are trollers including Admins). My intention was not to disrespect Dutchman or MTA Staff but decision like these makes people like us disaapointed. 

In the end, all I want is kindly unban me from Global MTA. You can keep me banned from FRP server thats not a problem but keeping me banned globaly is illogical, immoral and irrational decision which is unfortunate for MTA staff.

Kindly look into the matter properly before banning this account again.

Also I'm gonna apologise for the things I never did. My apologies to all the MTA Staff including Dutchman.

I am Sorry to all of you for all the trouble that caused, hope you will listen to my Ban Appeal.

Your appeal was already denied in the past (https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/132396-ban-appeal/) and we have told you many times that the decision is final and cannot be changed. Also, you made quite a big story now with fantasy added into it (to deny the core of what you did) but it still won't change that the truth has already been determined, and that malicious people are being removed from MTA in order to protect others.. no matter the initial victim of your activities. The entire thing you got yourself into has nothing to do with "server ban vs global ban", we need to protect the entirety of MTA against some types of people, and this cannot be served without a full ban from our services
