I got problem on creating a server

Last time when i tried to create a server i have accidently close the DOS- box and now everytime when i try to create a server i found out these msgs drop in the log:

- MTAServer log opened -

(15:51:08) MTA Server (Patch 1) for MTA 0.5

(15:51:08)

(15:51:08) ERROR: Unable to bind to the socket. Check that no other instances of MTAServer.exe are running and try again.

(15:51:08) Unable to start server.

- MTAServer log closed -

so what should i do to fix the problem??

Uninstall, then remove all files that left in the folder, delete the folder, restart your PC, install again.

a) another MTA server is allready running

b) Some other program allready uses your specified port

c) Some kind of firewall bloks the creation of a server
