Just an example:

     end

addCommandHandler("hideblip", hideBlip)

you can use https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/IsObjectInACLGroup or https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/IsPlayerInACL(the same thing but the 2nd is shorter) to check if the player is an admin.
