Ok, new prob

My server works fine, but i was wondering how i can script it so it will do other commands. Such as if you type in !help or /help the server tells you stuff. Or if you type /ping or !ping you get your ping.

the only thing i can edit is the admins commands. I added freeze and unfreeze to that. Dont no if doing the other thing is relitively the same.
