cant find "gta-vc.exe" file

I have looked and looked for that file and i cant find it. The game will not start unless i find that and iam getting pissed, waht should i do. [/code]

Second, the gta-vc.exe is located in your Rockstar\GTA: Vice City folder

Yeah, just to clarify this is just a mod for the game, you need to actually own the game and have it installed.
