Banned for Serial

Hi guys, I'm new here, I would like to know why my serial was banned by TRAINER?

I have never used programs, nor created programs, never "experienced" programs harmful to MTA SA servers, and I was simply banned...

I was playing on a server RP = Roleplay (Simulating Real Life) But I was out of RP for a while and I wanted to change my ID, I wasn't banned or anything, I was just playing thinking about changing my ID, But I saw the ID part of Serial, so I tried to change it by REGEDIT simply to change my ID and create another account to play, so I saw that it didn't work, my computer was crashing from so many games I had, I formatted it and put windows 10 , but this format was last night and since then I've been trying to fix it, I've put windows 7 again and NOTHING to get into any servers because it appeared

"You've been banned"

Reason: TRAINER

That's all, the time doesn't show, nor who banned it, just that when I try to get in, good guys, as I've never been smart about these things, I'd like to know what happened, and if it's possible for me to be unbanned... because I've never abused or I did something harmful to the servers of MULTI AUTO THEFT San Andreas, I simply changed serial and after I formatted PC that happened... When I had not formatted I would log in and out of the server I want! Can someone help me please?

The reason of your ban doesn't even come close to the things you mentioned.
