My friend has a problem with the mta he installs everything, then when I get into the game it doesn't open, it loads the mta but then it doesn't come in. I've tried a lot of things but it doesn't work

If you're trying to join your friend's server (that's what I can understand from your message) but your attempt is unsuccessful it might be caused by ports, therefore let your friend try the solutions mentioned in this topic and see if that helps:
