I have a problem with the spwan

I put a spawn in the hospital and every time I die or enter the server a different skin appears, can someone help me?

All you need is https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/SetElementModel

Or the https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/SpawnPlayer function 6th argument is the skin, all you need to do is to make sure that function supplies the same skin id when die/join.
