MTA SFX sounds not working

Hi, unfortunately my MTA SFX sounds not working so i ran MTAdiag.exe but I can't figure it out how can I fix it so somebody can help please?

You have a lot of missing / non-standard files.
Reinstall GTA: SA with a clean unmodded version.
