VF#33 server blocks netlimiter NetLimiter software (anti lag switch)

So recently i have been getting this  error message: VF#33 server blocks netlimiter NetLimiter software (anti lag switch) every time i try to join a server  I know that it means the server blocks the netlimiter, that i have, but i literally dont even have it downloaded.. i have deleted every single file that was connected to NetLimiter4 restarted my laptop and still nothing. any tips?

Please reply with a report from MTADiag.
There might be a service/process left running which triggers the detection.

Unfortunatelly I can't find any leftover from the MTADiag report.

Probably the uninstaller didn't remove everything.
The driver of NetLimiter is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers called nldrv.sys

Check if you have it and delete it.
